Feature Types

Mana flaws are traits that do not occur naturally in elnin, usually from an external force like miasma poisoning , taboo cosmedic procedures, or injuries to an elnin's mana specifically.

The arcane modifier covers a very wide array of possibilities. Any trait or ability acquired magically from an outside source (faeries/elementals/spirits etc) is classified as arcane. This covers curses, blessings, affinities, etc etc. Arcane traits are generally considered non-hereditary, but exceptions might exist.
