They say the impresaria of Eyre's famous traveling carnival is in league with the hallow witch, having long ago traded her soul for immortality. They also say she steals elnin kittoms to feed to a pack of daeva she keeps under her thrall. Or else to keep them as a bed to sleep upon.  Some say she doesn't exist at all, and the carnival has run itself for decades.

The reality of course is always less fantastical. She is simply a reclusive and delicately tempered woman who wants to share the wonders of the carnival with the world. She may actually sleep on a bed of elnins, however.

Available to elnin who have been busy crafting a lantern for their dormant pomu during the gloomy miasma months.

One might say the person with this title is absolutely glowing! They must have done something often to bring so much light to others.
