Mana Saturated
Species: Elnin
Type: Mutation
Rarity: Uncommon
Region: Faerindell
Is Hereditary?: Yes
A benign form of manableed. Mana has permeated the internal fleshy bits of an elnin, infusing it with an unusual coloring. The color is most often similar to the elnin's natural anima, but can vary somewhat in shade/hue. This mana saturation extends to an elnin's tears and saliva giving those unusual coloring as well.

StandardDetails:
- If the elnin has both mana saturated and chimeric anima, it can be either color or a mix of both (tongue one color, rest of the mouth another).
- Tears when mana saturated appear like anima only a bit more liquid, though they can also appear more chunky as they pool and bead at the edges of an elnin's eyes a bit more easily. The same goes for saliva in terms of appearance.
- Tears and saliva take on the color of an elnin's anima and can be translucent or more opaque.
- Scars will not display mana saturated colors as it is healed over.
- This trait has a "luminous" variant that occurs only when the "luminous anima" trait is also present.
Additional Notes:
- Elnin tears and saliva are generally transparent and colorless.
- Tear shaped markings are acceptable on elnin even without mana saturated present, just keep in mind that elnin markings are intended to be flat and unrendered so they don't appear like three-dimensional tears.
