Details:

• Fluff mutations an elnin already has (facial fluff, leggy fluff, pantaloons, maned, and spinal ridge) can take on a more feathered appearance as long as the sizing of feathers in place of these mutations stays roughly the same and does not obscure other traits.
• An elnin's ears cannot be replaced by feathered wing-forms (so no wings for ears instead of actual ears) but the ear shape can be layered by feathers entirely or acquire feather-like accents on the ears themselves in a more minimal way. Accent feathers can also replace an elnin's existing ear fluff with feathers, just not full wings.
  • Feathered accents ears must match the sizing of standard ears or any respective ear mutations in terms of feather size or direction.
    • Be mindful if ears are have feather-like accents elnin can still apply other ear mutations (pointed, rounded, petite, and oversized), but if you're applying a rounded ear mutation ears should appear rounder overall and if you're applying a pointed ear mutation ears should be coming to a sleek point. Mutations can be a bit undershown but nothing should be counter to what is present, so if you're trying to apply a rounded ear mutation alongside a feathered ear but the ear looks pointed adjustments will be requested.
  • Any feathered ear accent feathers can only drape as long as the elnin's ear fluff would MP-wise.
  • Feather accents can go along the edges of ear fluff, connecting where outer ear fluff typically would or replace the ear fluff entirely with long draping feathers coming off of the ears.
  • The winglets (feathered) mutation is what would be used to add a single small wing accent near the ear base, eyes, cheeks slightly below the eye, legs, arms, legs, and/or rump (where the tail attaches).
• Aerial influence interacts with miniature wings (feathered) allowing them to be slightly larger than a typical miniature wing. In this case, miniature wings can be roughly two standard body lengths or smaller instead of the usual one standard body length or smaller.
  • These are still considered "miniature wings". True full sized wings are only available to royal elnin.
