[Regional Flora of Silveil] Outside of Silveil, the regular Dreambell has a beautiful bloom that stays tightly closed during the day but opens during the night. Within the region of 'the forever night' the Silvellian Dreambell blooms almost constantly, bathing the ground in their soft glow. Elnin with an affinity for plants have worked out a way to pick those luminous blooms in such a way that they keep their glow. Flower crowns and other floral decorations made with such blooms are popular within the city outskirts because they are often worn during large dances called Rhapsodies.
