[Regional Flora of Faerindell] This month's idea came from the brain of my Kiddo. Eyeball roses are an interesting hybrid that was the brain-child of two different gardeners. They never truly open and the petals stay in a tight ball shape. While the outer petals are a pristine white, the smaller inner petals are a deep red, almost burgundy to black in the center which provides an illusion of red eyeballs. The gardener pair are hoping to breed multiple colours in the future but for now are happy with the progress.
