Ink Ribbons are an aquatic plant that often tangles around the roots of Ealei trees,
considered a nuisance by most but useful for being processed into pitch black dye.

Despite being goopy and generally unpleasant to touch, the weed is ultimately harmless,
if a bit creepy for its shape resembling waving little paws within the water.
Handle with care- those stains can be nasty to get out!
