Cielle starts brainstorming ways on how she can obtain cloud breath.
Maybe spending more time in cold weather so that she can see her breath visibly show would help her learn how to maintain it constantly.
Saunas usually generate a lot of steam, so maybe taking hot baths would help her be able to regulate her breath?
Alternatively she could try eating copious amounts of cotton candy. Those are shaped like clouds, right?
