Faerie blossoms can often be found at the base of sakura trees where faerie shrouds are present. They often take an assortment of colours, and it's said that no two blossom is ever the same colour.  Faerie blossoms bloom when the faerie shroud petals fall, and end up buried in the ground when coming into contact with another seed. It's unknown how the process occurs, but perhaps the colours from the faerie shroud petal seeps into the seed, altering its genetic makeup, and causes the flower to bloom.

It's quite rare to come across a faerie blossom due to the steps required for one to grow, but it's said that any elnin who comes across one will be blessed with luck. These flowers are also known as "fey blossoms", due to their antennae-like stamen which seem to mimic those seen on butterflies, and the pollen from these flowers give off a sweet and fragrant scent that often seems to attract butterflies one wouldn't often come across. Their petals are also seemingly wing-shaped, and while the flower itself is already quite colourful, it seems the petals themselves also give off a slight iridescent sheen, that often makes them great for craft projects, where pressing and drying the petals out can create beautiful pieces for jewelery and home decor alike.

Strangely enough, it seems faerie blossoms can only be found underneath the base of sakura trees where there are faerie shrouds, and nowhere else. It's also rare for any flowers to bloom nearby these blossoms, perhaps due to them altering the genetic makeup of any nearby flowers should the petals come into contact with their seeds. Due to this, one can often sell even just the petals of faerie blossoms for a tidy sum, and are often worn by those with higher standing, such as nobles.
