The MYO/Upgrade prizes need be redeemed by sending us a ticket with the 'Community' type tag. Please do so immediately as failure to do so within the week may result in your prize being forfeit.

• Please specify if you've like an MYO or an upgrade, and if you'd like an upgrade then please link which elnin you'd like to give the upgrade to be given to.
• If you've won a subtype prize then please specify which subtype you'd like to redeem on your MYO/Upgrade as that will be necessary upon prize delivery.
• Subtype tail types are necessary to create the slot but you can change it later before finalizing the design.
• You may include the which spooky mutation you'd like to redeem as well as the common, uncommon and rare mutation but if you're uncertain then you may wait to decide and the details will be added to the notes page.

The mutation prizes will be delivered automatically to the elnin that was linked in the Google form. You'll be able to find them under the notes section of that elnin when we've finished delivering them all. c:
