Flicker embodies most of the negatives of feyfolk and very few of the positives. Deceptively pleasant, she's likely to chat one up on a lone stroll through the woods, only for her unsuspecting victim to find afterwards that they're now hopelessly lost and without their wallet. That's not to say that Flicker is entirely unpleasant, it simply takes significant effort and patience to get through they layers of deception and fae charm to truly befriend the nin beneath.
