So he would be an adventurer with those stats: Adventurer WITH RESONANT DISCOUNT is base of 11EC, you get 3 MP to go towards sizes of hair or tail, so I am going to say tail since that is 3 MP. The additional size for Hair is only 2 EC as I recall.
So two ways to go about this: 2 more months of prompts + 13 EC to grow Natalan with the requested stats OR: since the spinal ridge is uncommon, you could technically buy it with EC only, which would mean quicker timeframe, but 29 EC to grow (13EC + 16EC for uncommon mutation)
