Born and raised in the heart of Silveil, Akilah has learned to be crafty and opportunistic when necessary. Her sharp mind, eyes, and intuition have been able to snag her choice items, a favorable reputation, and valuable connections which has lead her to being quite the successful merchant. She is not discriminatory to the types of items she procures or clients she deals with, so long as the outcome is agreeable and the contract is secure. Though she does do her best not get involved with anything illegal - too often, anyway.
Unlike many others who'd find themselves in her position, she is not overtaken by greed and enjoys the simpler things in life. She often spends time in her childhood haunts of the bioluminescent forests finding peace and solitude. On the side she creates jewelry and occasionally sells her pieces in her shop, though most of her creations are for gifts or for herself. She also has an eye for color and design and manages a moderate collection of tapestries and cloth. Throughout the year she's found on the road or staying in towns for few weeks at a time but she always finds her way back to Silveil.
