Angel Feather Fungi, named for it's shape and the way it curls upwards as if it's light and airy, are a wood ear type of fungus that grows on the sides of crags and ledges near hot springs in Zevija. It gets its nutrients from the minerals in the water and is fairly heat resistant, and though this may make cooking it a challenge, it is edible with a chewy springy texture. Kittoms visiting Zevija's onsens sometimes enjoy plucking it and chasing each other around in the water as a toy.
