Tommaso’s journey finally came to and end, and he was back home in the Palu’au Islands. He had found his pomu, met an elseworlder, and reconnected with the love of his life. He felt stronger and more in sync with the world around him. It was almost time. He could feel it in his mana. As he neared his village, he felt drawn toward his favorite beach. It was completely deserted, with waves gently smoothing the sand. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath. The air tasted salty and familiar. He breathed in and out to the rhythm of the tide. As he opened his eyes, he noticed a dark shadow just beneath the ocean’s surface. There was something huge out there... He blinked, and a gigantic fish jumped out of the water, sending a spray of saline water toward him. The titan’s colors and markings matched him perfectly! Tommaso watched in awe as the apparition tossed leaped into the air a few more times, then disappeared into the depths. “It is time” whispered his inner voice...
