The petite white kittom with red, orange and yellow magma markings hadn't come too far to get here but every distance was far for a kittom. Ice had come to Kyendi but she wasn't particular fond of what the area had to offer. There were no beautiful pink trees and the alluring scent of blooms every morning had instead been replaced with the mist rolling down in every morning, covering the land and ruining her vision. The farmlands and hills were acceptable but there was too much mist to really appreciate it. She didn't like the building style here either, missing and preferring that cottagecore feel that Faerindell had offered.

Of course, why did she come to Kyendi then? She didn't like the floating islands or the misty hills, the hidden rivers or waterfalls, but she did like the ruins. She had travelled here to illustrate the lost and the mysterious, the peculiars and the strange. Rumors spread about the subject, but she wanted to observe and detail it herself, not just experience it through another's written word.

She had prepared well for her thirty-minute walk with water and food but most importantly she had her parchment, quill and jar of ink in her satchel. Without delay and with haste, she began her journey. The path was worn but also overgrown as through the path had once been travelled well until recently but that wasn't the case at all. There were others along the path, making their own pilgrimage to the ruins. Pomu beside her, the two of them pushed their way through the forest to where the well-known ruins were, following along the path like there was a tune in her step.

Her pomu acted like a huge distraction the whole way, skipping along with her before then zapping back into her shadow. It would come out with an apple, a pear, a random feather, a hat, more parchment... that Ice quickly grabbed and bundled back with the rest of the parchment that she had in her bag. How did the pomu even get that? Where did they get that? She didn't remember giving that to them for storage.

With all the shenanigans, Ice had soon arrived at the ruins. Everyone around her were exploring and investigating but she quickly whipped out her parchment and art supplies and then sat down on the ground.

"Ow!" She squawked as she jumped back up. She turned around to look what she had sat on. It was a small-medium sized rock... with eyes? And a face? It looked a bit like... her eyes turned to her pomu who was standing nearby it, looking indignant. She laughed and then scooted over to another rock. Well, the first thing she was going to draw was very apparent: this rockju.

With the overgrown vines and bushes, rocks and ruins here as a backdrop, Ice began to try to replicate the rockju and everything around it as carefully as she could, enshrining it in time through this image.

After she was done drawing that, she turned to the ruins themselves. She wanted a good replica of the scene, too. There were engraved stones, buildings, moss, vines and mysterious objects scattered around, buried and hidden. Some people were attempting to find them, but she definitely didn't want to get her hands dirty, although she'd be happy to draw whatever they'd found. Of course, there was only so much time in the day and many more objects than she could paint in the time she had available.

She began to pack her items away but not forever. She'd come back again every day during her trip here to fully document everything she wanted to.

She looked back on the ground where the rockju was and for a moment she considered taking it with her but the thought of someone else accidently sitting on it made her giggle. She'd see you tomorrow little rockju.
