Region: Ealei
Auratrout- This special fish is only found in Ealei. Its breeding grounds are deep in the mangroove roots where predators cant reach them. If they try, these fish have found that this is the perfect way to protect their young as the intricate root system makes it hard to navigate unless the animal knows where to go. Since it is so ideal, they rarely travel far from Elaei. Thus, making them unique to the region. Its iridecent scales are perfect for these waters too. Predators looking down only see its rainbow reflection, which blends into the water. Meanwhile, prey looking up sees it blend into the sky. It gives this fish the perfect camoflage to live fear free. On top of its camoflage and breeding grounds, these fish prey on smaller fish and eat the sea weed ocassionally too. T
