"Generally, the Eyre summer has Starfall Faire in full swing around this time and elnin celebrating but the stars seem to be a bit dimmer than usual. Instead of the usual stars falling this year something else seems to be falling from the sky instead. Colorful streaks of light are raining down sporadically across the regions like rain showers, leaving soft motes of light lingering on the ground before they diffuse into thin air.

At first, locals weren't sure what to make of these light storms but after some observation, they appear to be harmless, if not a bit odd. "
