Duke might not mention it very much, but he really hates his adventuring outfit. Of course he recognizes its worth, the material is made of fine quality and he rarely has to take it into town for the tailor to fix any tears, but the tightness around his limbs is something that he's not overly fond of. Especially when he's out trying to harvest mushrooms in the forests of Enmir. The bottom of his outfit is finely woven and cinches around his ankles, allowing him to tuck his feet securely into boots without worries. And the cloth material is lathered with a special wax that is meant to help wick away water, something especially useful in the swamps where treading water is the name of the game. But because it is good at keeping water out, it is also just as good as keeping sweat in.  While he can always unhook the overalls from his shoulders, the sticky sensation continues to linger on his body and its not until he's back home and neck deep in a scented bath does he feel as though he's finally rid himself of the smell. Duke's boots are leather, and one of the more "weathered" items in his arsenal. He managed to snag them second-hand at a nice shop in Bellmoril, and while the brown leather has seen nicer days, he's done well at keeping the material waxed and refreshed after a long day's work. The more restrictive items are his shirts, with the tighest one having to reach all the way up his neck, with another layered carefully over and extra support sewn onto the pads of his shoulders. These patches are incredibly helpful at lessening the burden of the basket he carries on his back when he's out collecting, and something that was recommended to him by another Elnin. The last item he hates to wear is the hat. Duke hates the hat. He might even go so far as to burn it one day, when the day he no longer has to forage for his work comes, he's surely going to be methodically burning each item. But the hat goes first. The hat in question is made of wicker, excellent at keeping moisture from soaking in, and a bug net is sewn all around the edge and falls down just below his neck. While he's happy to not be sporting a bunch of bug bites, there's nothing more irritating than the feeling of that net sticking to his skin like a second, more scratchy layer. 

So yes, Duke truly does not enjoy his adventuring outfit one bit. He's definitely going to go clothes shopping on his next paycheck for sure.
