If one is brave enough to venture past the dark and twisted forests of Enmir, you might end up in an area with completely different scenery. Sure, Enmir is quite more famous for the tangled treelines and murky waters of the swamplands, but citizens who have long since made this land their home know that there is certainly a lot more than meets the eye to this seaside region. The Cindermarsh wetlands benefits greatly from their location. Swaths of open land with clear (well, clearer than the muddy waters of the Shaedmoor for certain) water a short distance away from the capitol of Salva has made property here quite valuable. While not as desirable as seaside land located in Palu'au, Enmir still has lovely beaches to laze about and relax during the day. This subtropical wilderness is also home to a variety of flora and fauna that is not otherwise found deep within the gloomy forests, and this area is often praised for the wonderful and thriving ecosystem. Huts and houses float upon the still waters of the Cindermarshes, a feat that is accomplished thanks to the unique blending of fresh and saltwater systems, allowing the area to have additional bouyancy. Water channels are formed thanks to tall grasses that grow near the water's surface, and these faux rivers allow for some fun travels to be had. Green vegetation stretches far past what the normal eyes can see, and many useful herbs grow here. Roots from certain vegetation are especially useful, and thankfully easy enough to harvest thanks to their development in the water. Although pay close attentions to signs left by helpful Elnin! Areas marked with these signs mean danger still lurks ahead and should only be traversed by professionals with the right equipment. Next time you decide to visit Enmir...set aside some days out of the overgrown and mossy landscape, and welcome yourself to new sights and sounds. The Cindermarshes are sure to not leave even the most adventurous Elnin feeling satisfied!
