Estelle had been traveling through Eyre not quite sure of her future. She hadn’t quite found the place where she belonged yet. Having left the nursery as soon as she could, having no family, Este became a wanderer. Every new place she traveled through was a new experience, but there was no place she could call home yet. Having found herself in a new strange place, she wandered around for a while trying to find a place to fit but maybe this would be one of those places she would only pass by. She found the days quite interesting here in Silveil city. All the days that passed were shrouded in darkness. Estelle wondered how the people here fared with never seeing daylight. She had spent some time in Ahza and this was the opposite in a way as the sun was alright bright and shining all day long. Somehow she found it calming though, a feeling she hadn’t felt in a long time. Sometimes she forgot to take a breath and time for herself.
She had spent days walking around the city and making herself familiar with the different streets, shoppes and street vendors. Este had even managed to find her favorite spot for food already. But unfortunately she hadn’t found a place of employment yet. It was quite surprising that having moved on from a place with daytime to one that only had nighttime didn’t seem to affect her at all. In a way it was good for Estelle but maybe she hadn’t realized the toll it was taking on her body. She had been good at working hard and finding work that paid well, therefore it wasn’t an issue for her to simply be a passerby. She had plenty of funds to live off for a long while. In a sense Este had been long overdue for a vacation.
She had been really enjoying the nightlife here, it seemed that the city never slept and neither did the people. Whatever hour of the day it was you always had people bustling around and the air always had a scrumptious smell to it. Wherever you went there was always a restaurant or a street vendor cooking up something delicious. Estelle found it quite amazing and different as she used to only eat during specific times. But now she could eat whenever she felt like it and there was always something delicious to try.
The days and the weeks had gone by as she had traveled through different parts of the city and enjoyed some food to fill her to the point that some might say she had become a bit pudgy. Making her acknowledge that maybe it was time that she moved on or found some work. Although she kept hearing from many locals that you hadn’t visited Silveil city until you saw the seashore and the Eldertree. From what had been described to her it was something quite spectacular that she had to go find out for herself. Even though she hadn’t been really working she still managed to tire herself out everyday from walking around so much and experiencing all the nightlife there was in Silveil. Some might say she even got herself into some of the gambling. But it had been so long since she had simply relaxed. Having made up her mind she followed directions from the locals and made her way to the shore.
It had been unlike anything she had ever seen before, her eyes grew wide as she took in the sight. There were thousands of bioluminescent life forms in the water. In the city you would see the odd bioluminescent mushrooms here and there but with the city lights always illuminating the city and the sound, she hadn’t experienced this Silveil. It was calm, serene and so peaceful so much that it felt like time had stopped. She could hear the waves crashing on the shore ever so silently which was unlike anything she had ever experienced. It almost felt as if Estelle was on a different plane. She couldn’t help but sit on the beach and listen to the waves for what might have felt like an eternity. For once Este was at peace and she was completely relaxed. She had found a little piece of heaven for herself for the first time. Looking at the water and the little glittering lights that were emitted from the bioluminescence it felt like the water was glowing just as much as the stars in the sky were. It felt like the perfect paradise and even the sky was absolutely mesmerizing. The beautiful galaxies that were spread across the night sky was unlike any she had ever seen. Even the moon seemed to glow brighter than she had ever seen it at night. Silveil really had some sort of magic to it. The Eldertree was another wonder, being submerged in the water with a canopy full of stars. It felt like Estelle had really found inner peace being here and admiring the scenery. She had set up camp by the shore and stayed a few days in tranquility. For once she had really taken a vacation and time to herself to rest. It’s the most relaxed she had ever felt just sitting by the shore and taking in the scenery day in and day out. This is just what she needed before taking on her next adventure.
