Rune couldn't help but roll his eyes as his friends—Twilight, Wem, and Mew—invited him to join in a game of kit hide and seek. With an air of superiority, he feigned disinterest and let out an exasperated sigh.

"Ugh, hide and seek? How juvenile," Rune scoffed, crossing his arms and giving a dismissive wave of his tail. "Do you honestly think I have time for such childish games?" His tone dripped with haughtiness, as if he considered himself above such activities.

His friends exchanged knowing glances, aware of Rune's façade. They were well-acquainted with his cold exterior and sweet cinnamon roll interior. They knew that deep down, he secretly enjoyed the thrill of the game, even if he refused to admit it.

But the moment was fleeting, quickly replaced by a smug expression. "It was quite obvious, really. You need to up your hiding game."
