It was nestled among a serene garden by the edge of the forest that Tsuki first laid eyes on the mesmerizing beauty of a flowery bush. The plant had vibrant purple leaves, with each leaf echoing a testament to nature’s artistry, each leaf varying in color from deep royal purple to delicate lavender, imbuing the bush with an otherworldly allure.

The foliage of this plant, previously unknown to the kittom, was plentiful and velvety. The leaves were petite, with a uniquely spade shape and a collection of diminutive lacy forms adorning the edges of the leaves. The sunlight cast upon the leaves gave the bush’s foliage an almost gentle iridescence.

From the tips of its slender branches, clusters of small, exquisite flowers emerge. The blooms boast a mesmerizing array of purple-blue hues reminiscent of other flora in Faerindell. The petals are so delicate, the kittom can spot an intricate pattern of unique veins, like delicate brushstrokes to give the leaf more depth.

The flowers themselves release an enchanting fragrance that fills the air with sweet notes that seem to become the bees and butterflies to partake in its nectar. The aroma, as delicate and enchanting as the rest of the bush, only seems to work in concert to ensure the eye remains fixed upon its splendor.

It is only upon further exploration that Tsuki notes this particular species finds its home in the dappled shades of towering trees. The protective branches of the taller trees help to create the effect of patchy sunlight that makes the plant seem as if illuminated from within. Its eye-drawing colors help to complete the mosses, trunks of trees, and fellow plants that lay scattered about it. It would take further investigation to determine how this elusive plant grows and spreads. A gem of nature, waiting for further discovery and inviting imagination of explorers.
