Bellmoril brought Misfit very good memories; he wasn't entirely certain if it was the golden, eternal autumnal forest that brought him nostalgia, or the sparkling rivers. He was well aware that if had to do with first meeting Aislinn there, but something about the land brought him peace beyond the fact he'd met his first friend there. Perhaps it was the non changing nature of the forests, the golden leaves there all year around? But then, he always paused and discarded that idea. After all, the other regions remain mostly unchanged, safe for some weird phenomenon here or there completely unrelated to the region itself.

The warm colors remaining unchanged helped, no doubt, to cement the place as his favorite, but he figured it had as much to do with the aesthetics of the place as the memories held there. He could distinctly recall the way he trailed the river and lakes, and the large fish he'd gotten, which had rather impressed his friend.

But at the same time, he also recalled the time he had spent alone, watching the warm colors of the forest blend him in with the surroundings, and how he'd simply felt at home there. Something about the place, even the towns, called to him in Bellmoril, unlike anywhere else he had visited with Aislinn, or any other place he'd stayed at. He figured it would forever hold a special place in his heart, and though he didn't expect to grow any time soon (he had maturing to do - he was well aware he had metaphorical growth to do, before the physical one could take place), he wondered if he could, perhaps tempt Aislinn to consider the place her home in time.

There was something charming about feeling like he fit in, and nowhere was that accentuated like when he watched the waters of the calm lakes, leaning against the warm colored trees.
