Stepping foot into Bellmoril after just being Faerindell was very jarring at first. The quick change from pink trees to yellow and red ones was like getting flashed in the eyes by a light. She couldn’t help but find it quite beautiful though. It just felt warm, as if her own colour palette made sense here. You’d probably think she was from here at first glance alone.

However she’s not, this was her first time in this colourful land. She found the white tree bark to be a nice reminder of home.

She took note that there wasn’t really any green here, well rarely, but it was all mostly oranges, reds and yellows. Even the grass and bushes.

She was actually here to continue her journey of seeing all the eldertree’s at least once in her life. From what she heard, this one was a giant golden maple tree, with some oranges and reds scattered throughout it like the rest of the trees here. Its bark was white too.

She was warned by other travellers on her way here that the smaller mountain towns were extremely close knit and not exactly welcoming nor kind to others like her; a traveller. So she remained as much as possible away from those, not really in the mood to deal with such Elnins. She’d never understand why some are like that. She’s extremely lucky the places she’s been to so far have been very welcoming and accommodating. Well… Enmir not as much, but she didn’t pass as a fancy pants so she was extremely lucky they weren’t distrustful towards her. Having such a rural look helped sometimes.

Luckily the eldertree was right by Il'durahn, she had read that the Renaissance themed city was one of academics. Something about using mana as a form of energy to fuel magic; so she thought she might as well look into it further while she was here. 

Besides, why wouldn’t she visit what she assumes to be the capital?
