Faerindell is home to many farms. These farms dot the hillsides, stretching up and down the rolling hills that make up the countryside. It’s not unusual to walk down a country road, winding up and down the hills, following a wooden fence that blocks off many prosperous farming fields. There are rows and rows of various vegetables that are known to be some of the most delicious in the land. Deep in the middle of Faerindell is the elder tree. This great big sakura looking tree towers over all that surrounds it, although many smaller pink foliaged trees dot the landscape, especially in the area surrounding the capital Elenion, the middle of which is the home of the elder tree. Not only are there pink trees, but flowers of all kinds growing in and around elenion, the city in a constant stage of spring blooming. This allows for the production of a great amount of honey, the bees of elinion producing a honey that has a unique flavor. 

When you walk the cobbled streets of Elenion, you are surrounding by bright vibrant colors, not only from the pink trees, and vivid flowers that grow in the gardens and window boxes of the stone and wood houses, but you will pass under the faerie shrouds which come in all the colors of the rainbow. In fact, many things in faerindell are inspired by the flowers that grow in the capital, from decorating cakes and food, to floral teas and fashion. Passing under the glowing of the street lamps, and watching the fall of petals from the trees above, maybe stopping by one of the many florists and buying flowers, then bringing them to the flower festival thats takes place in faerindell and having them enchanted ever fresh is many an elnin’s idea of a perfect date.
