~Bellmoril is usually a very calm climate sometimes a bit warmer sometimes a bit colder but it stays relatively the same year-round. For whatever reason the climate has become a bit extreme recently, for example, the other day there was this really weird cloud that looked like a thunder helm but it had high winds and it was rotating very quickly. Luckily it never touched the ground but it certainly gave the farmers the run for their money and all of those pumpkin fields. I heard some people say it would have been very dangerous if it did touch land.~ Wrote Adina into her journal sighing to the window as she sees rain that looks like the rainbow is crying.

~ Today is no different, the sky is very dark but the thing that should be rain is now light~ she quickly erases that part “rain is now light”. Sighs again because she’s not certain what to write.

She thinks out loud, “what should I call this intriguing light phenomenon. OH THAT’S IT PHENOMENON”

~this rain phenomenon.~ She continues to write. ~ When standing outside you don’t get wet, the “rain” doesn’t hurt it just looks mesmerizing. It acts like rain as it leaves a ripple in every object it hits and it makes a very soft ringing sound almost as if a gentle bell is being rung but all other properties are not there. I really wish I could capture this in a jar. For some reason, once the light hits something it immediately dissipates~

She quickly draws a little sketch on the journal to show what it looked like with various colors.

She looks outside again and sees how the luscious yellow, orange, and red leaves dance in the wind as they are hit by the rain; she looks at the neighbor’s house next door with its crooked walls and sway back roof. The lights pitter-patter on every detail of that house, with a very soft vanishing glow, to the brick masonry on the floor towards the wood detailing every 5 feet of the wall, to the hipped roof and the two balcony windows sitting by.

Sitting in awe trying to capture it all in her Climate Journal sure is difficult.

“What better way to experience this phenomenon than to go outside and feel it.”

She thought to herself, grabbing the transparent umbrella that she happened to have just sitting by the wood door and the stained glass window.

She gently calls out her pomu and hands him her journal and quill for safekeeping in her shadow.

She opened the door and she could feel the warm air flowing inside the home. The wind was howling loudly but it was filled with colors of Bellmoril as the leaves danced throughout as if celebrating their fall. As they flew about in large circles and twirls the light would softly hit them with the most resonating sound as if nature was singing a soft lullaby.

She sits next to a very luscious red tree with white bark. She whispers to her shadow and a small little black arm pops out of her shadow and hands her the journal and the white quill so that she can continue writing. She shifts through a few pages trying to find the spot she was originally on. Thinking to herself

“I need to invest in a bookmarker.”

She takes a deep breath to try and start writing the scent.

~Underneath this red tree there is a soft smell of warm leaves not yet burning but as if the sun is hitting them softly and the vapors are filling the air even though it’s so dark out here and covered with dark clouds. It feels like a nice hot sunny day. A rather extraordinary scent of events is absolutely psychological mind disorientation.~

At a long distance, she hears a soft voice calling for dinner

“It is time to go home my little pomu” the pomu jumps out of the shadow with glee and grabby hands to put the journal and quill back within the shadow of his owner.

Adina gently walks underneath the light showers and hopes to see more weird weather in the future.
