The cool crisp air blew from the ocean over the leaves of the thick trees making them sing away while the sun turned the ocean a brilliant shade of red. Waves quietly lapped at the rocks that laid littered about crafting our shores  and ripples surrounded the many tree roots that dug into the ocean floor below along with the lilies flowing back and forth amongst the water. The crystal clear waters showed off the many fish and flora that made their home around the roots of the giant tree half encircled by the rocky land mass. The calming melody of burbling waterfalls claimed the air, echoing around the cliff sides and trees while a translucent mist laid over the calm waters from the falling waters. 

Little orbs of lights began to glow from amongst the leaves and branches as the sky grew to its darker shade of blue. Houses that sat along on and along the tree even buried amongst the branches and leaves began once showing life went dark as the lights within flickered off. The song song voices of the birds quieted down giving way to the night orchestra of crickets and frogs with the occasional splash of the water. Stars began to litter the night sky while the fireflies emerged from their slumbering, dancing away amongst the lush greenery.

Hidden amongst the thick branches of a large tree, high above the waters I laid in a comfortable hammock created out of the vines of the tree gently swaying back and forth from the continuous soft breeze. Closing my eyes I took a deep breath taking in the cool night air before slowly releasing once more, opening my eyes to be greeted by the night that had come to life.
