The forests that make up the majority of Siveil are deep and dark, A wild dangerous place to get lost. They are strangely beautiful though, with their glowing foliage and fungi. The bioluminescence of the flora in the forest is particular only to Silveil, and it draws people in from all over the world to come and at least take a few moments to look on their way to Silveil City. The City shimmers and sparkles across the lake, and the view from the edge of the forest, where the trees give way to a small strip of sand that glimmers with starlight both reflected from above and contained within, is unmatched. It is a welcome relief from the slightly spooky feel of the oppressively dense forest that the wanderer must have traveled through in order to reach the city. The soft ambiance of the glowing plants that fill the forest, and the glowing mushrooms of all sizes that grow in between and on the trees is quite beautiful in its own right, however, and You often finds herself dragging her mom out to forest so they can draw the scenery. They never stray too far from the path for safety’s sake, although they have found a favorite clearing filled with large mushrooms that makes for a perfect stargazing spot that they visit often. In the city, even though the stars are still bright and visible, there’s still some light pollution from all the sleepless gambling halls and perpetual festival-like atmosphere that envelops the city with its lanterns and what not. The gentle bioluminescent glow of the plants in the forest don’t even compare to the brightness of the city, and it’s through those breaks in the trees that you get the view of the most beautiful night sky in all of Eyre.
