Lidi loves the dark and wet marshes of Enmir. He loves searching through the swampy lands for interesting herbs and mushrooms that his mom Evenne teaches him to cook with. Enmir is dark and dank, although not as dark as the eternal night of silveil, but it's home to many interesting plants and herbs, and even strange insects and fungi that can be turned into interesting medicinal uses along with the culinary ones Lidi is learning from Evenne. Often times, He’ll sneak off to Asyndesis and Saevitia’s place, which is built high on stilts above the water, to keep out of the damp, just to learn about the uses of the herbs he’s foraged from amongst the leaves and reeds and rotting fallen foliage of the the surrounding swamps. It’s always an interesting trek from the inn in which his family is staying, located in the outskirts of Salva. Sae and Asyn’s hut is located even further out in the swamps, and Lidi often takes the journey late in the day, the path lit only by a his small lantern and the flickering glow of the ever present fireflies, the sun just barely managing to peek through the oppressive foliage overhead. The swamps are dank and muggy, and it's often difficult to keep his fur clean, oftentimes tracking through mud and muck in his foraging having to splash through puddles and shove through patches fo reeds in the search for dry ground, and Evenne is forever having to wash him down once he manages to make it home at the end of the day. He and Kall like to explore the surrounding areas, and they have managed to locate a slightly higher patch of land that is home to a fallen log from a huge tree, old and rotten, covered in moss, that they have turned into their own personal hideout.
