The blossoming flora were always spoken of, but never actually seen by his own eyes... At least, not until this very moment. Of all regions in their world, Faerindell was one of the few places Citron seemed excited to visit. The delicious snacks were drawing his attention more and more, with every passing day that he and his rag-tag crew drew near the region's borders. It was such a thrill, beyond the horizon with dozens of trees dotted with the pinkest leaves, the sunlight reflecting off of them with a shimmer that the orange kittom sighs dreamily at the sight. What he would love, more than anything, would be laying down and soaking up that dazzling sun. To feel that warmth cocoon him and that pleasant, light scent of flowers carrying him to rest after weeks of travel, paws aching from his time standing around while the girls of his group keep preoccupied with various knick-knacks to take home as nice little reminders. Of course, he would take part in the exchange of money for goods, when the only reason was to shower his loving sister in gifts should he visit any time soon. He loved his family, and they loved him, it's what made traveling so far away from them easy. He knew he would carry them in his heart, and to have so many stories to share with his mother and father around the dinnertable. Maybe by then, they'd really see him as a maturing young man, rather than their precious baby boy who was more than elated to finally start growing up and leave the nest. His thoughts carried him for so long, body moving on autopilot as it drew near the large stone sitting on the edge of the pond. Little pebbles were scattered inside, including some gemstones that shimmered in the loveliest of ways, Faerindell was truly beautiful. His body slumps over once contact is made with the rock, and limbs stretch to grow more comfortable on the consistent heat that the rock had held. Green eyes close, and the gentle breeze sends few pink leaves flying around his body, occasionally tiny white flowers embedded themselves in his hair.
Both his cousin Haru, and their... companion Eos had finally noted his missing presence, calling out his name and scanning the surrounding areas. His ears twitched each time they spoke of him, but he hadn't bothered moving from his spot on the comfortable slab. A paw hangs off, barely touching the water beneath him. Curious pond fish swim nearby, poking and prodding at the edge of the water, before they lost interest and swam away. When the girls had finally found him in his relaxed state, both sat with their backs to the looming tree that was shading Citron, giving in to the calming atmosphere and drifting off into the dreamland to meet him.
