Minako had heard about Ealei from many elnins that had visited or that came from there. It really piqued her interest to visit the region the way she had heard them describe the scenery and how people lived in trees. She had seen big trees but from what she had been told these were much more massive. So big that the populace established houses in them and entire cities. It had been explained to her that these trees were so big that it was as if they touched the sky or that sky wasn’t even their limit. Being a kittom the world of Eyre was already so big to her she couldn’t even imagine ever seeing something of that grandeur. Her small mind even tried to imagine how people even began to build such cities in the trees and how they even got from one place to another. She wondered did they climb a lot of steps ? What Mina mostly wanted to see was the Yggdrasil eldertree she had heard so much about. Now that tree was even bigger imagine that. The region seemed like a mystical place to her, there wasn’t really much leveled ground, only the plateaus surrounding the area where only grass on the rocks. It seemed it was the only place that had no trees. She also wondered what it would be like to see the roots of those giant leafed trunks. She imagined they had to be huge. Generally you wouldn't see as much the roots of trees since most of them were rooted into the ground and you would never really see the size. But things were different in Ealei, most of the tree's roots were submerged into water and you could swim around them and underneath them. All that thinking got her all excited to plan a trip and all that was left was to convince her nursery to let her go on her journey.
