Meilyr, the librarian, is not particulary fond of kittoms. 

These little pests with their paws and silly ideas have -most of the time- not enough respect for the books, so he tends to keep them as far as possible from his library. 

But some of them become students, and it's a job that must be done if we want the highest and richest intellectual minds kept coming into the Academy. 

Some of them are really promising ! 

Others are... well.
At least this one is respectful of the place. He's really serious and quite brave but... He has trouble focusing and you don’t need to be a mastermind to see that books are boring him to death, even with his best will at work.

Maybe a little bit of exercise could do him good.  

That's how Meilyr decided to give the kittom a task : Go into the forest, find the Crystal glade, study the mana crystal in situ and collect few fragments of them to bring back here. 

The travel can be done in one day, but after few hours of study, he will have to stop at the haven, on the North road, for the night, and then come back to the library in the morning.  

The kittom seemed to take his task with the greatest seriousness, and prepared himself for the trip.

Who knows ? Maybe on the way he will find that books are not what he likes the most ?
Maybe he would enjoy becoming an explorator.
Or maybe making him run in the wild for one day will help him clear his mind and he will have less trouble focusing after that.
