The berries are starberries, a berry species I invented a year or so ago. The seeds glow yellow when the berries are ripe. Starberry jam-filled bread is one of Amazon's favorite foods, and she's depicted here eating it and missing her pomu. It doesn't take place in any specific region, it's just a pretty sunset scene with some cherry blossom-esque trees.
