Mia has always dreamed of being an adventurer like her father. Exploring the world like he did and seeing new places all the time. Well today she got a chance to map out a course with her father to explore Faerindell. Her father Gavin suggest she plans out where she wants to go to decide most then what to pack. Mia takes out her pen and starts to write out how she wants to explore the different forest around in the area, really taking in the beautiful pink trees and breathtaking waterfalls. Mia then plans to go to Elenion and look at all the amazing shops trying to find a new cute dress to show her father. Mia has always dreamed of being an adventurer exploring the world and seeing new things. But her biggest dream is collecting shiny pearls or stones and making jewelry with them. Mia would love to show case the beautiful gems and stones from Faerindell. Mia’s father was a great adventurer always exploring and looking for new treasures to share with her as well as making new friends along the way.

Gavin then suggests to look at the farm land and really give Faerindell a chance. Watching the beautiful green fields with pink tress, as well as the pretty little towns in the middle of forests. There are so many people to meet and really get to know. “You never know what you are going to find until you get there Mia” Gavin would say. He pulled out a map of Fareindell. “You have to make sure you have a plan before going anywhere. Especially making sure you are prepared to go on the trip.” Gavin continued. “I know father, I have a lot of plans already and I know this going to be a great adventure when I get older” Mia exclaimed. Mia then pulls out a journal where she took notes on the things she needed to prepare and get ready. Some of these items she might not be able to get until she is older.

                Mia’s list included: clothes, sleeping bag, backpack, shampoo and conditioners, pillows, books about adventuring, her collections of stones. Mia looks at her long list and realizes maybe it might be best to have a cart when she gets older so when she explorers she can sleep in it, as well as house all her belongings. “You know if you want to work on designing your cart, we can look at the Faerindell region and make sure it will work through the whole area” Gavin suggests. “What things should I include in my cart father?” Mia tilts her head as she looks over at her father.

                “Well first off you want to make sure the wheels will be good, but if you go into muddier terrain it might be better to have an option to put chains on the wheels so you can keep traction. It’s important to be prepared.” Gavin suggests. Mia nods her head and starts to take notes on her cart ideas. “Also, you want to make sure the top of your cart is sturdy enough to withstand rain, but also light enough to be able to take down when you want to look up at the stars.” Gavin continued. Mia knew her father really enjoyed looking up at the starts and letting them guide his path. She only hoped her adventurers would be just as amazing. Her father met her mother on an adventure, and they spent a lot of time together until they went their own ways after Mia and her siblings were born.

                Mia learned you can never take the adventurer out of the elnin even as they get older. Mia hopes as she gets older and goes on her adventure, she can meet someone who will love her just as much as her father loved her mother. Exploring the beautiful pink trees and waterfalls, maybe spending time in the lakes swimming around looking for treasures. Or maybe just sitting in the trees with a hammock looking up at the starts wondering what will happen next. Mia has always wondered what it will be like to explore places on her own until she meets her special some elnin. Mia also started to do research on the different plans to maybe look at creating dyes out of the rainbow-colored flowers. That way she can make custom necklaces or bracelets with the flowers.

                Gavin looked down at Mia’s notes and realizes that Mia has never actually seen Faerindell and took out one of his books from a past adventure that had all of the different flowers and trees that are in the region. Gavin opened the book and placed it in front of Mia. “OH MY GOSH LOOK AT THIS!!” Mia exclaimed. Mia was looking at a pink colored willow tree and the drawing even included the water fall in the background as well as the falling willow petals all over the small lake below. It looked magical and she started to take notes on those flowers and how she wanted to see them and go to the exact same place her feather went.

                Mia was collecting and growing new ideas everyday about her adventure to Faerindell, and how she hoped it would be one of her best adventures. She wanted to come back home afterwards and share everything with her father and her friends. Maybe she would meet someone there who would want to adventure with her or well maybe at least keep her company while she was there. She also planned to explore the city and maybe find a cute inn to stay a few nights.

                Mia went to lay down in her bed holding her journal with all her aspirations and plans for the future. She wasn’t sure if she would get to do everything she wrote down, but one thing she knew for sure. Is that the stars in the night sky would guide her journey just like they did for her father. She closed her eyes and went to sleep that night smiling and dreaming of an amazing adventure she was going to go on when she was an adult.
