A warm autumn breeze blows through the temperate region, leaves and flowers of varying shades of pink fall and flutter around in the breeze. They fly up and over the vivid grassy green knolls of Faerindell, and over across to the farmlands of the region. Harvest season is in full swing and elnin of all shapes and sizes explore the area, gather the most luscious ripe fruit, ranging from small bushes of blackberries, to scaling tall trees and plucking the bright red juicy apples from the pink leafed branches above.

One particular kittom, lies amongst the luscious flowers blooming still in the autumn season. A faerie shroud, one of the few that are a fair ways away from the elder tree. The shroud is covered in flowers of all shapes and sizes. Foxgloves in vivid shades of violet, magenta and the palest of whites, house tiny bees buzzing about working just as hard as the Elnins, attempting to gather as much honey as they can. The vivid flowers sway in the wind and blend in with the surrounding blooming flora, and amongst the foxgloves a small sleeping kittom lies. His coat a stark contrast against the surrounding flora. His soft fur shaded akin to a crystal clear blue lake, with a dark stony seabed, and soft ripples of seafoam and light refracting off its surface. Soft tufts of pale blue fading to white colour his chest and small mound of a tail. His small pawpads a pale gold, reflecting his anima, and gently kicking the violet foxgloves nearby, dreaming of exploring a new place far off from here.

Suddenly a small round furball runs into the shroud. It chitters angrily under its breath before running over to the sleeping kittom, pulling a rather large bright pink foxglove flower and catapulting it directly into its masters face.
"YEOWCH!" exclaims the kittom. Jumping up off his bed of brightly coloured flowers, his honey coloured eyes glaring around searching for the culprit. At the sight of the pomu his ears flatten in annoyance, and he sticks his tongue out at his life-long friend. The white pomu in return chitters back angrily pointing to the large pink trees that lie several meters away, and the beautiful amber coloured fruit that lies there waiting to be picked. "Yeah, yeah... I know already! It's harvest season and my job is to gather those super plump peaches over there in this basket over here." he states, stifling a yawn with a paw, before ruffling his short shaggy hair back into place. The strands of his hair, each in clumps of various different shades of blue and white, giving him an almost rebellious look. His small golden horns also a reflection of his anima, glint in the afternoon sun, temporarily blinding his pomu, who angrily chitters at him and proceeds to pounce on the kittom. "Ooof, ouch! Quit it Poru!!! I'm going already, going! See!" he says as he stands up on all fours and pads over to a basket and carefully tying it across his stomach with a belt to make sure it won't come loose. He walks around the shroud, shrugging his shoulders and making sure the basket won't fall off before giving his pomu a thumbs up and motioning with his head for the little fellow to hop into his basket. Poru, sighs his whole body hunching over exaggeratedly as if to say What am I going to do with you  before trotting over and climbing up his kittom's leg and up into the basket. "Alright, it's time for some peach picking with Poru and Ripple!" the kittom, Ripple, says to himself, posing as if he were the star from a tv show. Poru rolls his eyes but smiles at Ripple's antics.

The duo then exit the faerie shroud, carefully pushing the flora to one side, and being careful as not to hurt the plants. Finally out from the shroud, Ripple trots happily over to a small grove of pale pink trees. Their trunks a dark slightly desaturated cherry red, and amongst their branches large globes of peaches. Their golden yellow and dark red complexion practically begging to be picked and eaten. Ripple licks his chops at the thought of biting into one of those juicy globes and begins to ponder how he could get up high into the trees without hurting himself. Having lived a few years in Ealei, he was pretty familiar with what to look out for in a tree and its branches so as not to hurt himself when climbing. After scouring the glove for a several minutes planning his route, he decides to start with a particularly knobbly tree trunk. Carefully pawing his way upwards, before jumping between several branches and stopping just before his target peach tree. His golden eyes narrow as he calculates internally whether he could make this last jump. It might be a bit of a stretch... but if I back up just enough... and go for a running jump, I might just make it! Ripple thinks to himself. Lithely and slowly he walks backwards, keeping his golden eyes on the prize, of the pale pink tree and its beautiful peaches. Then after taking a minute to pray to the Eldertree for a safe landing, he bounds forwards. Running across the dark red tree trunk and jumping at the peach tree's biggest branch. Time seems to slow as he jumps, and he feels himself falling before he's even reached the branch.... and.... he scrabbles at the large branch grabbing on with his paws and holding on for dear life. His back legs dangling several meters up in the air. Poru in the basket, grips onto the sides of the basket tightly and chitters nervous cheers of optimism at Ripple. Feeling a bit motivated, Ripple heaves himself upwards and onto the large Peach tree branch. At last, amongst the branches of the Peach tree he takes a short break to look around and admire the view. He brushes several pink leafed branches away and gives out a low whistle. "Poru! Look at that!" he exclaims, and points to the farmland that stretches out beyond the pink forest. Bright green hills roll out and organised fields of wheat, pumpkins and several other vegetables all line up under the bright blue sky. In the far off distance a large tree can be seen. "The Eldertree of Faerindell!" It's pale cherry blossom leaves reaching out up into the sky, and small clumps of its cherry blossoms can be seen floating up into the air on the breeze. Poru climbs up onto Ripples head to get a better view, holding onto his kittom's ears for balance. Poru also whistles, his whistle higher in pitch. The duo watch the scenery for a few minutes. Awed at the sight in front of them. "Man... if only I brought a camera." Ripple says to himself as they back away from the view and back down towards the branches overweight with peaches.

The pair then carefully work together to harvest the many peaches of the tree. Ripple harvests the peaches. Carefully holding a globe between two paws and twisting just at the point where the fruit connects to the tree to help separate it. Before passing it behind him to Poru, who in turn, nestles the peaches nice and orderly amongst the basket. As an hour passes. They finally finish with their task of harvesting the peaches, and Poru exhausted with the days work collapses into Ripple's hair and snuggles under it using it like a blanket. The duo eventually make their way back to a nearby town and join the crowds of elnin and kittoms bringing the years harvest back to Faerindell. Enjoying some of the fresh produce for dinner as a reward for their hard work.
